Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final on purchase, therefore it is important that you check that the product is suitable and sizing is correct before order. Due to the nature of our business using Ecommerce arrangements, shipping costs are prohibitive to accept returns or exchanges if you simply do not like an item.
Having said that we maintain the right from time to time, as we see fit issue refunds or exchanges in extreme circumstances where the clearly is not as described or there is incorrect orders prior to shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or you will not be issued with a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inspect the item to ensure it is in the correct condition.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
This may take up to 7 days to be processed and is dependent upon our payment processor and your credit card company.
Please do not file a dispute with Paypal or Stripe as the internal investigation will delay the refund by at least 21 days until Paypal review.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account during business hours.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is sent.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Additional non-returnable items:
Under no circumstances are Gift cards refundable.
To return your product, email us at email@example.com you will be given return shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
